What is Leaderfest?
Leaderfest is the largest leadership experience offered in northern Texas. This day-long gathering will feature top thought leaders and content experts who have answered their call to lead and become catalysts in their own right. At Leaderfest, you will experience moments of sudden realization, inspiration, insight, recognition, and comprehension that will lead you to exclaim “Aha!” Magic moments and plenty of networking opportunities guaranteed to build connections and strengthen your relationships are also on tap.
The Story Behind Leaderfest
Leaderfest is brought to you by the Wichita Falls Chamber (“Chamber”). The Chamber sees the possibilities for what area residents, workers and leaders can achieve when they look beyond local borders and see something bigger than themselves. If we are going to create a bigger future, disrupt the status quo for Wichita Falls, it is critical that we grow, inspire and invest in today and tomorrow’s leaders!
The event was designed out of a desire for the community to have more and better leaders who are inspired and equipped to lead positive change. The Chamber believes this desire goes hand in hand with its mission to build more and better jobs though economic development and business support. Why?
